Fundamentals of Marketing is an overview of the decisions markets face daily in today’s business environment. It helps us to understand the driving force to business growth, to access consumer needs through market research, to develop a marketing plan and to determine markets and their levels of competition.
Fundamentals of Marketing allows you to understand the role of branding strategies. It shows you how to get your brand out there to be noticed and known on a local, national or a global scale of brand recognition.
In this course I learned how to develop a marketing plan and was able to promote my pretend purse company on social media sites such as Twitter and Instagram, as well as a blog. It was exciting to see how many people were following those accounts.
Also in Fundamentals of Marketing I learned about the problems marketers face daily with all the need for technology adaption and the rapidly evolving media.
