I have had the opportunity to have a one on one interview with my good friend and classmate Eric. He gave me the privilege to get to know about his passion and hobby which is writing music.
For Eric, music has always been a hobby. His passion for music all started when he was in his early age, in his home country which is Congo. His interest in music began to develop when he was in grade 3 and then had to take a break for a little while because of his love for soccer. He played soccer for a few years and then decided to go back into music in 2004. When he got back into music, he made the decision to learn more about it on a more professional level and made the decision to go to school to learn how to play music instruments such as piano, guitar and drum. During his studies, he had the opportunity to meet a lot of famous artist singers in the industry. He has also worked with bands, did a lot of shows, performed on stage with a few artists and made a few music videos featuring other artists which were published on the national TV channel in Congo three times a day.
Eric loves music and his passion within the music comes from his love, devotion and relationship with God. He attend church every Sunday and enjoys worshipping and volunteering as a member of the media team of the church which their role is to set up, the music instruments, speakers, microphone and stage.
